Rubber masterbatch NDBC-75

Compared with traditional powdered NDBC,
Actmix® NDBC-75GE F200 has the following advantages:
All raw material NDBC with particle size below 100µm passes through the sieve, so no dust will be generated during the processing of masterbatch, which improves the production environment;
As NDBC masterbatch NDBC-75 is pre-dispersed with rubber carrier, the activity of NDBC is effectively guaranteed;
The masterbatch does not stick together at room temperature, making batching convenient and accurate;
It has low Mooney viscosity at relatively low temperatures such as 50℃, which improves the dispersion quality of NDBC in rubber compounds;
The masterbatch is filtered during granulation, so it contains no impurities, which will not clog the screen during extrusion products production, reduces the reject rate and improves production efficiency;
It has excellent compatibility with different rubbers.

E stands for using EPDM as carrier, N stands for using NBR as carrier,

F200 means the filtration and screen mesh size in micrometers.
